Qur'an Text: The Qur'an itself is the word of Allah and is not subject to copyright. However, specific translations, tafsir, and audio recitations may be copyrighted by their respective authors and reciters.

7. No Warranties

DeenPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of prayer times or Qibla direction
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components
• Fitness for a particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeenPulse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Inaccurate prayer times or Qibla direction
• Any reliance on information provided by the app
• Technical errors, bugs, or app malfunctions

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
